INSTRUMENTAL LESSONS INTENT FORM

FOR GRADES 5-12 IN THE FALL

Lessons will be offered by Mrs. Maria Arneil on Mondays or Thursdays during the 25/26 school year. The following instruments will be available for lessons: flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone (alto or tenor), trumpet, french horn, trombone, baritone, or tuba.

Small group beginning lessons will be one hour in length and occur once a week for $10/person. If you are more advanced on your instrument, there will be limited space for 30 minute private lessons for $20/person.

Parents will be responsible for obtaining an instrument, maintenance of the instrument, lesson book, and instrument supplies (i.e. reeds, cork grease, valve/slide oil).

Parents will be given more information on a rental program/buying/fixing instruments during the summer months.
