Each school year qualified students in grades 10-12 are inducted into the Canaan Christian Academy Honor Society. Qualifications for members are a cumulative grade average of 90 or above and excellence in scholarship, service, leadership and character.  The Honor Society Selection Committee makes final selections based on these evaluations of high school faculty.

The Honor Society’s function during the school year is to create enthusiasm for scholarships, promote leadership, develop character and render service to the school and community through service projects. One such project is the Adopt-A-Highway projects where members clean up litter along a designated stretch of local roads.
