Incoming Kindergarten students are screened for “readiness” as described in the admissions section.
Information on testing will be made available upon completion and acceptance of application forms.
Typcially, testing schedule is as follows:
Grades 1-7, 9 and 11 The Stanford Achievement Test.
Grade 8 The Explore Test
Grade 10 The Plan Test
Grade 11 PSAT
Grade 12 ACT* and/or SAT college entrance tests
*Canaan Christian Academy is an official ACT test center for the spring ACT test date.
