David Marquette began his education at Penn State University where he earned an AA degree in Forest Technology. He continued his studies at Washington Bible College, Liberty University, and Tennessee Temple University where he acquired his BS in Secondary Education, Bible, and Mathematics.

Mr. Marquette also attended Pensacola Christian College where he received his MS in Educational Administration.

From 1975 to 1977 he taught math, science, and Bible at Cumberland Valley Christian School. From 1977 to 1984 he taught these same subjects at Chapel Christian Academy, where he also became the Assistant Administrator. He became the Principal at Canaan Bible Chapel in 2001.

Mr. Marquette is a board member of the Keystone Christian Education Association.  He and his wife, Arlette, have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
